Not Cushioned
I bought these thinking they were cushioned inside with the bubble-wrap material, especially when they were described as being sent in a case of 100. Instead I received an envelope filled with plain 10 x 13 envelopes for which I will have to add padding to use. There was no savings here--it ended up costing me more!
