Overstock does not ship this well
We had ordered this originally in the middle of August. We received the box within a few days and it's back piece was broken as well as one additional piece. So...we called back and told Overstock this and they said they would send out another back piece. Well apparently they cannot just send a back piece so they sent another full box of pieces. This back piece was broken as well as several other pieces. So we called back again. They sent ANOTHER full box and this time the back piece was in one piece, but once again, several pieces were broken. Between all of the sets that I ended up with we were finally able to put it together. It took us THREE weeks to finally get enough unbroken pieces that we could put it together. Once put together, it is extremely nice and well made. Very sturdy, looks great and has LOTS of compartments. The only down side to putting it together was that the pieces were labeled in the directions with letters but the actual pieces were not labeled. But in the end it was not too difficult to put together.

Not a great start to ordering through Overstock, not sure I will order anything again.

Very happy with this Desk Organizer.
After struggling a bit to get it together, I've been very happy with this product. I have so much more space on my desktop now!

Shipping Problems
I am now on my second replacement shipment. The original was damaged and broken; the replacement was also damaged. Clearly Overstock's use of the 1" of styrofoam surrounding a 75 lb package is inadequate. The company, however, was quite wonderful and is having a 3rd one shipped that is completely protected and padded around the edges. We'll see how that turns out when it ships. If this one is broken as well, I quit. It would mean the materials used in the hutch would be so soft or fragile that it probably would not last long.
