Love these pencils!
Syncro mechanical pencils seem to have been discontinued by the manufacturer; I can't find them in stores anymore, and so when I saw them available here, I ordered a bunch. They're the most comfortable, best-writing mechanical pencils I've ever used, and I hope they become generally available again.

Stop stealing my pencils!
To my pencil-less friends: please stop stealing my pencils. I have to buy 12 at a time to keep up, these pencils are so popular. I do a lot of crosswords and Sudoku puzzles, often printed on newsprint or other relatively low quality paper, so I swap out the HB leads that come with these pencils and replace them with 2B, which makes a darker mark with less pressure. Then these pencils start disappearing. They feel just right in your fingers and the side advance for the lead is very handy. The leads are easy to remove and replace. The erasers extend with a simple twist, are large, and work well on soft paper. So I'll keep buying them. My only suggestion would be to provide them with the softer lead that I like. And maybe a way to lock them up against theft. Then I could give them six stars.
