I was originally going to purchase this chair from Costco, but found it for almost $100 cheaper on Overstock. The chair arrived in two days - it comes already assembled. I would say that it's better for my husband, because he's taller, than myself, but he is the main person we bought the chair for as he has lower back pain. The chair is easy to adjust up and down, and you can place the back at different angles, but the lumbar support does not adjust. My husband is 6'2'' and the support lands in the proper area on his back. I'm 5'6'' and I can tell it's a little off. Check the depth measurements of the seat also - if you have very long legs the seat portion might be a little short. Overall, a good purchase for the price.
