These necklaces seemed to be what I hoped, though they did look much smaller than depicted online. They were Christmas presents for my nieces. I was so disappointed when after the first use both girls looked down to find that the opals had fallen out! I'm usually pleased with my overstock purchases, but this one was not just a disappointment to me, but also my nieces.

Shipping is very fast on this, but the stone is so very, very small. That's the reason for the 2 stars. Yet, all in all, it's a very nice looking necklace. I think if the stone was just twice it's size, I would have given this rating at least a 4 star. It's delicate, for sure, but very pretty. Would suit a young neck better than an older adult.

The opal is quite small, very white but has good color and sheen. The setting is very attractive and the chain sits well on the neck. Since the case of 2 is only marginally more expensive than the single pendant, it is an exceptionally good value. Keep one and give 1 as a gift.

the necklace and the earrings arrived on time and were beautiful, but the necklace broke after only a week.

These pendants were bought as presents for my sister and for my best friend. Both seemed pleased with the gift. The opals were not large but were very pretty and iridescent. The chain and setting were also very pretty. The workmanship was good. All in all, I was pleased with my purchase.

I should have checked to see the size before I purchased it.

Simply perfect. Very beautiful and put together nicely.

This necklace is much nicer in person than in the photo. Lovely stone, and the chain is particularly nice. It has a screw attachment (very secure) and several beads around the chain to 'dress it up'. I bought two, one for our daughter-in-law and one for another friend, and I ended up selfishly keeping one for me! I especially like the card sent with it which has a photo and description of the artist. Well worth the money.
