This has become one of my favorite knives. It is very sharp and the handle is very comfortable for my arthritic hands. This was a knife recommended by Cooks Country Kitchen, and it's everything they said it is. Very good value.

This is 8 inches of rock hard steel. And sharp too. I would back these guys in a knife fight anytime, and now, I'm equipped to do so.

Have only had knife for a month, but seems like a good one. Tried to shave my arm with it out of the box, but then realized I don't have any arm hair cuz I'm Asian, but then again who would want hairy arms, unless it's winter time and very cold and you live in the mountains. It does feel kinda cheap; it cost less than $****, so that's pretty much exactly what I expected...good knife.
