We used this landscaping paper under river rock so my review is based on that solely vs. planting, etc. It was very durable to the weight of a tractor and the rock we put on it. Seems as if it is going to last longer over similar products at big box stores. Would recommend a sharp knife as it takes some effort to cut around it.
