  This product was advertised as "Brother" brand. it is not. It is "compatible" toner from a no-name manufacturer. While this may or may not be an issue for everybody, I don't want to void the warranty on my new printer and I have damaged other printers in the past by using remanufactured and 3rd party toner products. I just am disappointed to have ordered one thing and received a different item of lesser quality.

  I initially tried a cartridge refill place, but they could not refill these cartridges as of yet. I searched a handful of sites for new and remanufactured cartridges, Overstocks price for a complete REMANUFACTURED set was the lowest, so I went with them. I actually bought this item for a friends printer, so far so good, no complaints as of yet.

  We have been very pleased with the Remanufactured toner cartridges that we have purchased. The price is by far the best after searching the internet for the best deal for our independently owned business. Delivery time could have been faster, but overall we are happy customers.
