Great scales for commercial kitchen.
These scales are well worth the extra cost for a commercial kitchen. Nice large display with optional backlight. They are accurate, robust, easy to use and easy to clean. No problems whatsoever! We use four rechargeable size "C" batteries and battery life is excellent.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Perfect representation.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very good, except the product description states it uses size "D" batteries when in fact it only takes size "C". Also it actually weighs in 1 gram increments, not 2 grams as stated in the description.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Works great in a commercial kitchen where it would be used 100 times a day on average!

First time user of overstock. The whole process went smoothly and was very efficient. My pizza peel arrived quickly. Based on my experience I would definately use overstock again.

This thermometer has a very easy to read scale, I love the red and black letters, easy to use, I love the white background!

Amazing product with endless capabilities
By far the best addition to my bar and kitchen. Literally endless capabilities for infusing, espumas, whipcreams, foams and airs. The thermal has awsome temperature retention properties and is quickly preped to be hot or cold by simply running under hot water or filling with ice water. Plan on buying atleast one more, that impressive of a product. Greast feature is the simplicity of cleaning. Dishwasher safe!
