Overstock is selling 1610NF (NO FOAM) not the 1610
Overstock ships a Pelican 1610NF (NO FOAM) instead of the Pelican 1610 with foam that is pictured and described. Hiding the words "Product Name: 1610 Shipping Box without Foam" is deceptive. Customer Support was not helpful when I called to ask about the missing foam.
- Did the image onsite match the product? No. The picture is of the 1610, not the 1610NF that Overstock ships.
- Did the description onsite accurately describe the product? No. Description should read "Pelican 1610NF NO FOAM Shipping Box"
- How is the quality of the product? Fine as long as you don't need the foam.
