This phone was purchased to expand our current system. The current system has been in use for over a year and had 4 phones, and we wanted 5. This additional phone was delivered promptly but was shipped in a large flat box with nothing to secure the phone inside of the box. The phone was moving all over the inside of the box, but no damage was noticed. There were no instructions/manual with the phone. I needed to locate the manual that came with the original system to found how to add the phone to that system. This has been a good phone system for us. We have had no issues with it other then the batterties lose their charge with-in 10 or so hours - even if they are not in use - if not kept on the base.

Charged it overnight....added it to existing set of phones....this phone is like a brand new phone. Good deal. Thanks.

I ordered the Panasonic KX-TGA641T Dect 6.0 Expansion Handset reluctantly, because I'm not prone to buying "refurbished" equipment. Alas, in about a week's time, it came, although they (packers) could have did a nicer job of packing the unit. Everything was tossed into a plastic bag with a knot tied in it and tossed in a larger box, allowing it to bounce around. Nevertheless it was in "like new" condition without a scratch, thankfully. The phone works fine, I've only had it a few weeks, is all I can say right now.

Product arrived in like new condition. This was an additional handset to an existing system. Could not tell the difference between the purchased-new handsets and this refurbished one. Works perfectly.

Got this phone system and needed another expansion phone. Great buy. Phone system has a speaker phone in each handset. Intercom via each handsets's number. Common phone directory. Can listen to messages from any handset.

Bought this to replace my 2.54 GHz phones, which were interfering with my wireless systems.I like the phones, sound quality is good and feature set is nice. The wall mount for the base unit could be better--it protrudes a lot from the wall.Shipping was prompt, and products arrived on time and in good shape.

Worked perfectly with base unit. It's refurbished, but looks brand new. Decent price.

I am very pleased with this phone system and got this refurbed item to save some money on an additional handset.It arrived looking as good as the new ones that were in the box and works as well as the others in the set.It was a good choice.My philosohy about refurbs is that if it comes back to the factory they probably pay more attention to making it work right than they do with the new ones.

this was my fist time ordering from Overstock.com. I had already visited the panasonic website as well as other sites that would possible carry the handset that I needed to fit the already purchased base set. I was concerned that the handset would not be recognized by the base set. I called Panasonic, Their price for two handsets was more than the whole base set plus two handsets I had already purchased. Not a good deal! I thought of Overstock!! Glad I did. I received the two handsets for half the price. I had trouble getting the handsets to work at first, but I called overstock and they investigated the reason. Problem solved!!! Great purchase; great price. Wonderful Customer Service. I just wish they had included a product guide. But customer service guided me through the problem.

Nice Panasonic Expansion Handset. I needed an extra handset for my "Man Cave" in the basement and this was perfect and in perfect condition for specifying (Refurbished). The only problem is it did not arrive with and instructions on how to add it to the refurbished Panasonic DECT 6.0 2-handset Answering Machine Phone also purchased from Overstock.com other than you can add up to 6 handsts per base. I had to go onto the Panasonic website to locate instuctions on how to add this handset to the base I had aeady set up and established. I was to ad it to my pre existing phone base.
