  This product was advertised as "Brother" brand. it is not. It is "compatible" toner from a no-name manufacturer. While this may or may not be an issue for everybody, I don't want to void the warranty on my new printer and I have damaged other printers in the past by using remanufactured and 3rd party toner products. I just am disappointed to have ordered one thing and received a different item of lesser quality.

  This machine is aweful. We have had it for 5 months and have had the gears replaced twice, and there has been a sensor problem from the beginning. It runs non stop. It has only ran for maybe 10 hours total, with about 100 total fill-ups. It only takes 2-3 papers now or else it jams. It's a horrible machine. I

  I initially tried a cartridge refill place, but they could not refill these cartridges as of yet. I searched a handful of sites for new and remanufactured cartridges, Overstocks price for a complete REMANUFACTURED set was the lowest, so I went with them. I actually bought this item for a friends printer, so far so good, no complaints as of yet.

  I own a business from my home and print all the time. This toner was better than other no-name brands. I also liked how fast it shipped to me and how carefully it was packaged. It was the best deal I found.

  I tried these and the color turned out to be no where near original equipment quality. spend your money wisely and buy HP original products.
