  The plates arrived quickly and were very elegant & nice. My only problem was that the plates were much smaller than I had anticipated. In the picture they looked standard size or maybe salad plate size (no other picture for scale). Actual size was 6inch (if that description is accurate) because they are small enough to fit in my hand. They are just appetizer plates or cake plate size. But nice ones!

  Wow!! This is one of the best bargains I've ever purchased from Overstock.com. I have enough straws to last a lifefime and at a GREAT price! I shared the news about this bargain with the street vendors here in the Nation's capital and they tell me that O.co's price is BETTER than the wholesale price THEY paid for THEIR straws! I may go into the straw selling business (lol)

  very sturdy but not quite the size (length) or quality i had hoped for. fine for home but maybe not entertaining but then again i am very fussy. a good bargain for the cost.

  wouldn't really call them heavyweight quality item, but they are sturdy and a good buy for the cost. will use them for family but not if entertaining.
