cdal from Massachusetts, Rating:5.0Have a cat that likes to urinate on my basement floor. Have tried washing with vinegar, bleach with only fair results. As soon as the humidity went up the smell returned. I did just what the label said: damp mop the floor with warm water then spray solution using a spray bottle until the floor is saturated. Let the floor dry and the smell should be gone. Well, it worked. I did have to retreat an area near the outside door that was the cat's favorite spot, but so far it is the best product I've used. I also used it to soak a backpack the cat urinated on, just mixed it with water. That worked great. Usually I would have to wash things twice, and still end up throwing out the item because of lingering smell. I plan on keeping this in stock.

dtateiii from OH, Rating:5.0Excellent product. I own a commercial cleaning company and I use this product in al of my buildings. Does an excellent job in bathrooms and is a hospial grade disinfectant soit can be used in medical accounts. It will destroy everything from influenza to HIV. This company did an outsanding job shipping my order out very quickly and their price as among the most competitive that I have seen. I will be ordering from them again.

lcw1955 from Maryland, Rating:5.0This stuff is incredible! I first purchased a small amount at a restaurant supply store. It lives up to all it advertises to do. I find all kinds of treasures at yard sales, flea markets, auctions, and the like. I especially love to find old bakeware, glassware and kitchenware items. Some of this stuff has 100 years of goo and grime on it! But this stuff really does work. Some pieces have massive layers of unspeakable gunk on them, but after a few cleanings the true value of the item really does come shining through. It is also great on glassware, such as old Pyrex bakeware. I think this is the only cleaner that will actually clean aluminum without discoloring it. One thing I must emphasize. You cannot approach this cleaner with a cavelier attitude. This is a very strong chemical compound. You absolutely must wear gloves. You must wear eye protection. If it gets on your skin it will leave a chemical burn. I suggest using this near a sink, so you can wash off any spilled c...
