This product was advertised as "Brother" brand. it is not. It is "compatible" toner from a no-name manufacturer. While this may or may not be an issue for everybody, I don't want to void the warranty on my new printer and I have damaged other printers in the past by using remanufactured and 3rd party toner products. I just am disappointed to have ordered one thing and received a different item of lesser quality.
