Vollrath does make a line of saute pans with ceramic non-stick lining. But this non-stick, "Powercoat2" is actually from their cheapest line. "Ceramigard II" is in a completely different line of cookware they make. This product does not have Ceramiguard. So use of the word "ceramic" in the description of the product's non-stick is misleading. This is not a ceramic lining that you can take metal to or that will last forever or that will not leech plastics into food. Very disappointed in this product. Very disappointed in the misleading description.

Quality: Excellent. Strong and lightweight, sterile, the width maintians integrity without stretching in the middle as narrower gauze can do when wrappping body angles.
Price: A case of 100 is an investment for non-insurance covered home use, but is MUCH less expensive than buying the same quality from a local retailer. I have been very happy with this gauze and will re-purchase it.
I had for many years glasses very similar to these but made in France. These are quite similar , made in America . They have a mildly greenish tint whereas the previous ones were crystal clear however these are tempered so I hope it will safer when they shatter.
