Amazing!
We have been purchasing gadgets to sharpen knives for quite a while. While on a cruise recently, we took a "knife skills" course. They gave us Victorinox knives and the sharpening steel. As soon as we got home we purchased Victorinox knives and dthe sharpening steel. The new knives do not need sharpening, however, our old knives are like new fter sharpening them with the steel. Great product!
