SHARP!
This is a great knife, extra sharp. My husband and I have both cut ourselves a few times with it already though. I guess we are just use to having dull knives and applying more pressure. This glides through food and works great, very light. Cuts tomatoes beautifully. This is not a knife to let a youngster cook with, ouch!
