CHEFS QUALITY
I am a chef for a living and bought this knife for a friend who really just needs some basics, AKA doesnt cook much. It is a great little knife. If you dont believe me, Cooks Magazine came out in December rating paring knives from expensive to afforadable and this VERY affordable knife won their praises.

Great little paring knife
This is a great paring knife. I have had one for a few years (on the recommendation of CooksIllustrated) and just ordered a second one, so my husband and I can both use one at the same time. I've found it to be very durable and able to handle all sorts of kitchen cutting jobs! So worth the price.
