Paring knife
Love this knife. Perfect for paring vegetables. Like the way it fits my hand.

Victorinox 3-inch paring knife
I ordered three knives, which I plan to give to my son-in-law as a holiday gift. The bread knife and the Santoku knife look alike. However, this paring knife looks completely different and says "Forschner" on it. I am sure it is a good knife, but this is very disappointing as I wanted them to look like a set, and they don't. They are all by Victorinox (Swiss Army), so I don't know why they look different. The others say "Swiss Made" on them, and this one says "Made in Solingen Germany." The others were also encased in a slide-in clear plastic case that says "Victorinox" on it, and this is in a short case that has nothing written on it. I am really disappointed because it will look like I just ordered knives at random when I wanted them to look like a complete set. When I asked the customer service rep about the packaging, she wasn't helpful at all. If I had known they were different, I probably would have purchased elsewhere.

Paring knife
The knife is of excellent quality. As a matter of fact, I am looking for more of the same. It is absolutely the best knife in my kitchen.
