I purchased this cooker for use in our kitchen at church. We use it at least once a week. It does just what it claimed it would...cooks the hot dogs quickly and the back 3 rollers work well to keep them warm without overcooking or drying them out. The cooker sends out a great hot dog aroma which seems to make people more likely to buy 'em! I have heard no complaints from anyone who uses this unit except that it takes some time and effort to clean the rods. I noticed one lately with teflon coated rods and would have liked getting a unit with the teflon rollers, but this unit will be fine for our needs. Don't want to make it too easy for the kitchen help! :-)
