problem - lights do not work
I agree completely with another review on your site. I even called the company. I am very disappointed. I have had this hood in my kitchen over a year now it is a little loud, the lights have gone out several times and replacement bulbs are $$$. We have decided that one of the lights just will no longer work. So now we have a new unit with one light. I contacted Overstock and they were zero help. Will no longer order from this company until they help me out. Reputable, local companies from now on.

beautiful and functional
Very pleased with this rangehood. Nothing to complaint. Instruction manual is very detail and easy to follow. All in all very happy with this buy.

Great looking Rangehood.
Very satisfied with the product, but didn't arrive in time after receiving the item damaged. I guess it is quite common for any over sized packages to get damaged during shipping.

Purchased for new construction
I purchased for new construction, has not been installed yet. The only down side is I called to request ductless kit and the rep from overstocked told me it was included. Now that I'm ready to have it installed I was informed the kit was not in the box. So I will have to order 1 and delay the installation a little longer. I do like the looks and know it will bring my new kitchen to another level :-).
