I received these planks in a very timely manner. They are very high quality. If you've never cooked salmon on these planks, I suggest you try it. Yummy!

If you do any grilling, you will love the planks. They add just the right ammount of smoke and flavor to what ever you are grilling. Works great for Salmon and bacon. I even tried it with some custom made burgers. EXCELLENT!! You just have to try it!

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The product seemed to be smaller on screen but, when it arrived the product was more than I thought it would be
