Use Accu-Therm Hot Packs with a required compress holder to ensure that affected areas are properly treated. Soft nylon bags have heavy duty seal and are more pliable than standard packs. Insulated version features a foam layer on one side to help direct heat to the affected area.

not what I bargained for
I did research before I placed my order and looked offsite for information on how long the pack stays hot. I couldn't find information on any of the websites including the manufacturer's! I am used to the brands that stay warm for 12+ hours but figured for this price even if it was half that I would be happy. They stay warm for about 20 minutes. I just want this out there for anyone else since I couldn't find the information before I bought and this product is not returnable.
